Her work centers on a core insight: many women are building relationships, lives, and businesses while carrying relational patterns that quietly shape their identity, sustainability, and sense of fulfillment. She explores what becomes possible when those patterns are brought into awareness, understood with clarity, and transformed with intention.
Gibson received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo and her Master’s in Counseling from Geneva College where her clinical concentration centered in marriage, couples, and family systems work — shaping her relational approach to helping women understand the patterns influencing how they love, lead, and build as well as her passion for relational trauma work. She is the founder of WITH Therapy LLC, a mental health and wellness practice she launched in 2024 and grew into a multi-provider practice with strong revenue growth.
Alongside her clinical work, she brings over fifteen years of experience in consulting. She has served with the Women’s Business Center as a business consultant, held senior consulting roles supporting Fortune 500 organizations, and previously built her own agency helping hundreds of businesses scale and grow.
Her work has been featured across platforms such as Bustle and Blavity. She is also a self-published author who has independently written and sold thousands of copies of her work, building an organic readership centered on emotional healing, womanhood, and relational insight.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently based in Columbus, Ohio, she is developing women’s life architecture as a framework for understanding how relational patterns, identity, and emotional inheritance shape the way women live, love, and work.
